Local Island Products

We are proud to participate in the Island’s Certified Local Program. Besides obtaining the freshest products around, our local producers offer incredible quality.

We showcase beef tenderloin  and pork from Jones Family Farms on Lopez Island.   Their grass-fed beef Angus cross cattle are raised on Island pastures until 30 months of age producing excellent quality, well-marbled and flavorful beef.

San Juan Island Farm to Table Washington

Their hogs are heritage breeds known for slow growth and exceptional flavor. They enjoy a diet of grass, insects and roots, with a small organic corn/local barley supplement; for diners this means deep flavor and unparalleled texture.

You won’t be able to finder fresher, more mild-tasting shellfish than Westcott Bay Seafood, just 20 minutes up the road from Coho on the shoreline of San Juan Island near the Canadian border.  The Bay is enriched by the clean, cold waters of the Straits of Juan de Fuca giving the shellfish a delicate sweet flavor.
