Outstanding in the Farm: Sweet Earth Farm Dinner on August 18

Coho Restaurant is known for its farm-to-table menus, but tonight we’re bringing the table to the farm! Join us at Sweet Earth Farm on August 18 for a meal designed to showcase the freshest flavors of the season! This special evening is hosted by Soroptimist Friday Harbor in partnership with Shaun and Amy Salamida from Madrone Cellars.

$145 + tax, inclusive of food, beverages, and gratuity. Dinner begins at 4 p.m. with a farm tour at 3:30 p.m.

beet hummus with root vegetable latke, pickled carrot rose

Fire Roasted Eggplant Panzanella
grilled herb focaccia croutons, crispy egg yolks, shaved lemon cucumbers, feta, cherry tomatoes, sweet basil vinaigrette

served with a honey and a confit of garlic and herbs, toasted hazelnuts, pickled farm vegetables

Smoked Pork Shoulder with Tomatillo Salsa
served on a corn and carrot pudding

Baked Westcott Oysters
farm vegetable pico de gallo, herb crema

Summer Vegetable Gratin
medley of farm vegetables served with an herb parmesan hollandaise

Braised Lamb with Spaetzle
arugula, grilled onion, broccoli florets, broccolini pesto, crumbled pecorino

Carrot Tarte Tatin
with a summer flower ice cream and caramel
