We invite you to an intimate evening with James Beard Foundation Semi-Finalist for outstanding wine, Brianne Day, winemaker of Day Wines. Her wines express the incredible character of Oregon with minimal intervention partnering with growers that use organic and biodynamic practices focusing on fruit harvested from Willamette Valley and exotic varietals found in Southern Oregon’s Applegate Valley AVA. Chef Tim has curated a delicious five-course menu to pair. You will be able to hear and interact with both Brianne and Chef Tim on their selections for the evening.
There is one seating at 6 p.m. Dinner is $85 and the optional wine pairing is $35. Chef will gladly accommodate any dietary considerations with advance notice.
