We are excited to welcome Kyle Hall from Johan Vineyards to host this special evening. Located in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, Johan Vineyards is a 175-acre certified Biodynamic estate vineyard and winery. Their goal is to create a self-sustained holistic farm system with the energy to produce an honest expression of itself, to share with others. They believe that a diverse vineyard creates a healthier environment and more interesting wines — something you’ll taste in every glass. While Pinot Noir is at the heart of what they do, they love exploring a range of cool-climate grapes from France, Italy, Germany, and Austria. As a Demeter-certified estate and winery, their winemaking is rooted in a commitment to purity and authenticity at every stage. They see their farm as a living, self-sustaining ecosystem and aim to produce wines that truly reflect their sense of place.
There is one seating at 6 p.m. Dinner is $85 and the optional wine pairing is $35. Chef will gladly accommodate any dietary considerations with advance notice.
