Coho Restaurant’s House Coffee Blend

John Hamilton, the Inn’s Brunch Chef & Coho’s Pastry Chef has taken coffee to a new level.  John and Steve from San Juan Coffee Roasting are brewing up a new special blend Inn roast due out later this month.  John wants the roast to have the robustness of our current roast, Northern Italian Espresso,  but with a bit more caramel and chocolate.
